The Subaru Legacy is a family sedan that's getting a styling refresh for 2023. The new 2023 Subaru Legacy is expected to appear at Gateway Subaru in Delmar, MD in about November of this year. Besides the standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine – the one that gets great gas mileage – you can also choose an available turbo four with 260 horsepower. Car & Driver timed the Legacy turbo and found it could do zero-to-60 in a brisk 6.1 seconds. If you have a family and your priorities are more about saving money, the standard four-cylinder will get 27 mpg in cities and up to 35 mpg on highways around Salisbury and Ocean City, MD.
Interior
Front seats in the new 2023 Subaru Legacy are comfortable and well-designed. In the higher Limited and Touring trims, Subaru lovers in Millsboro and Seaford DE will be sitting in genuine leather and will have the support of a manual thigh extension for the driver's seat. The base level gives you a pair of 7-inch infotainment screens. Go up one notch to the Premium level and you'll get a nice big 11.6-inch vertically-oriented display screen.
